Daily Duties at L.A. Unified School District:

Responsible for preparing diverse analysis and financial reports related to expenditures and budget data in support of funding for diverse school projects, creating journal entries, contract and budget summaries by project and fund number, updating and inputting financial data in diverse spreadsheets and screens of the District system and into SAP, assisting also with the month and year end accounting activities, Bank & Account reconciliations, General Ledger analysis, collaborated with A/P, Cash flow reports and other additional financial functions as requested.
