• Conduct monthly Job Safety Analysis training for 12 service representatives • Conduct monthly new product information training for service representatives; training developed from current state of the art information research on all products and services that Cintas provides • Weekly one-on-one mentor sessions with each service representative; including planned demonstrations at customer facilities for hands on product knowledge training
