Daily Duties at The City Of Philadelphia:
- Prepared and written Stipulated Judgments, Writ of Revivals, Tax Liens, Attorney Fee Notices, Deposition Notices, and Legal Memorandums for Attorneys in Department. - Conducted research on delinquent taxpayers to collect outstanding monies and to determine current demographic information to serve notices. - Performed accounting tasks with taxpayer accounts, including assisting taxpayers with billing issues, and processing accounts receivables. - Used E-Filing system of City Courts to accomplish departmental goals. - Used additional databases for research purposes. (i.e Revenue, Water, Deeds and Records, and Accurint) - Attended court hearings, to critique attorney trial performances. - Collaborated with Sheriff’s Office to make collections and enforcement much more effective with the seizure/levy of personal and business property, and bank accounts, and to schedule sheriff sales of assets. - Performed multiple tasks efficiently and effectively, completed independent projects coming directly from the Mayor’s Office that required discretion and sound judgment. - Established relationship with Prothonotary and Sheriff Offices, and banks to make work flow transition more fluidly and effectively.
