Daily Duties at Live Nation Clear Channel:

 Coordinated programs produced by Clear Channel Radio. Responsibilities included marketing the event, location scouting and identification, booth layout planning, invoicing, collections and website design. Events produced included Career Fairs, St. Jude’s Telethon, and Music City Brew Fest 2003  Organized and implemented the annual sponsorship luncheon involving budget, location, invitations, decorations and gifts  Managed the fulfillment of contractual requirements along with “outside the contract” requests. Examples include changes to art work on promotional material and websites and changes to venue or logistics at the request of a performer that affected the sponsor  Created presentations for potential clients as well as season end reports for existing sponsors
