 Build new master accounts for all incoming business and communicate information to all departments in the hotel  Responsible for creating group bills and sending them out within 5 business days, follow up communication and collection calls  Support and assist Director of Finance with month-end duties including operating and payroll reconciliations  Create and organize documentation for audits including folios, billing, payment receipts and bank statements  Process daily banking including payment of credit cards and insuring the balance of bank accounts  Responsible for monthly inventory of the hotel spa
