 Provided senior administrative support to two Senior Account Executives  Built meeting program agendas for various National Associations  Conducted hotel tours to potential clients and visitors  Analyzed room inventory pick up for incoming groups to monitor patterns and identify potential problems  Managed group rooming lists by updating any changes made by the client as well as the hotel  Maintained history for groups who are new to the hotel including space and room inventory  Prepared contracts for new business generating over fifteen million dollars per year
