Build master accounts for all incoming business and communicate information to all departments for both Hotel Monaco Alexandria and Morrison House Responsible for creating group bills and sending them out within 5 business days, follow up communication and collection calls for both hotels Manage Parking Garage inventory of over 200 parking spots, invoicing and collection for both properties Reconcile daily bank activity Order office supplies and maintain inventory of supplies Determine if a business is eligable for direct bill privileges through researching past hotel payment experiences
