Daily Duties at Morrison House :

 Responsible for Night Audit reports analyzing daily revenue and daily tax reconciliation  End of month tasks including hotel and restaurant inventory, journal entries, monitor proper expense allocations, and book necessary re-classes and accruals  Generate month end financial reports for hotel and restaurant  Manage Accounts Payable for hotel and restaurant vendors insuring on time payment  Communicate daily with Paymaster for accurate employee timecards and payment  Handle allocation of expenses to proper departments within the hotel and restaurant accounts  General Cashier for both hotel and restaurant staff, responsible for auditing of all cash drops, pay outs, individual bank counts and processing daily deposits  Manage all petty cash transactions for hotel and restaurant, working closely with all hotel staff
