Daily Duties at Kimpton Hotels And Restaurant Group:

 Responsible for processing payroll for both Hotel Monaco Alexandria/Jackson 20 and Morrison House/The Grille, using ADP for over 150 employees  Communicate with all hotel and restaurant managers to ensure proper payroll procedures  Work closely with Human Resources to maintain employee files, staff requests and employee updates  Responsible for the distribution, collection and filing of new hire paperwork  Prepare daily labor reports tracking all departments payroll costs  Generate Night Audit reports analyzing daily revenue and daily tax reconciliation  End of month tasks including payroll journal entries, vacation-wellness accruals, POD allocations, workers compensation accruals, bellman allocation, and intercompany bill outs  Document and verify all personal action reports including vacation, wellness, bonuses, positive guest letter incentives and any changes that involve an employee’s status  General Cashier for both hotel and restaurant staff, responsible for auditing of all cash drops, pay outs, individual bank counts and processing daily deposits  Manage petty cash transactions for hotel and restaurant, and create journal entry for petty cash reimbursement
