Daily Duties at East End Sanitation Corp:
Directed all facets of the business including sales, marketing, finance, fleet management, customer relations, routing, scheduling, hiring and staff evaluations. Ran all facets of the office including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Managed the hiring and firing, managing, motivating and disciplining of Teamsters Union drivers, helpers, mechanics and welders. Responsible for fleet management, registration and preventive maintenance for company vehicles. Handled all insurance matters covering general liability, automotive, disability and Worker's Compensation.
