Daily Duties at Ac First Afghanistan:
Established a new Project Operations Department with increased scope and responsibilities. Implemented departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures. Managing a team of approximately 30 employees in a regional combat environment. Identified and developed best practice operational strategy to direct other departments’ activities. Developed and implemented a Tasker process for accomplishing US Army directed missions. Created a system to manage, track and analyze performance data and other information. Produced Operations documents tracking, defining and assuring mission accomplishment. • Proven ability to build, lead and motivate successful teams. • Proven influencer & negotiator. • Achieved Project goals in a dynamic and complex austere, combat environment. • Team leading & people development skills. • Able to manage and develop a diverse group of highly skilled people. • Pragmatic approach to getting required results. • Ability to manage operations within tight budgetary constraints. • Building and maintaining strong and effective relationships with internal and external customers to include the US Army.
