Daily Duties at Met Life Financial Services:
My manager joined me up with a suceesful agent for whom I was to prospect and make sure his calendar was filled up every week with properly qualified potential clients. I did go on most of the appointments with him, and was given a percentage of the commissions. However, had little time left over to build up my own book of business.
What they like about Met Life Financial Services:
Organizations with strong, centralized leadership are particularly attractive to you. You require a work environment with leadership that aggressively seeks to expand and grow the business and does so in a visible and decisive manner. In general you prefer to work in an environment in which there is a strong link between leadership, its actions, and a strong set of company-wide values.
