Daily Duties at Exam One, A Quest Diagnostics Subsidiary:

I served as the sales representative for the St. Louis, MO territory. My responsibilities included making 30 sales calls day, face to face weekly meeting with local branch manager, and group presentations to clients. My typical day started with territory management. I organized my day to see which clients I planned to visit and share information about our labratory services, online ordering and conflict resolution on any obstacles clients faced in the sales cycle. I organized sales supplies and computer as well. Much of my sales side involved moving customers to the online ordering of requests for paramedical and laboratory sales. With large agencies would interact with office staff. As I made slaes calls I would also address needs of our own office staff including customer service needs, delivery of supplies, and any communication as needed. In addition I participated in weekly sales calls with District Manager and Sales Director. I also completed weekly sales reports and communications with DM, Branch Manager, and Regional Sales Manager. This sales role also included solicitation of new business accounts. I also served as the representative for the Springfield, IL territory. Regularly attended trade shows and staff meetings of agencies and businesses of the insurance industry often outside the territory. Worked closely with District Manager to train new sales associates.

What they like about Exam One, A Quest Diagnostics Subsidiary:

In contrast to other factors, you place an organization's reputation for fairness and concern for the community above most other aspects of the company. As you search for a new job opportunity, it is usually possible to find out if the company is involved in the community and/or if it is addressing problems and issues in society.
