Daily Duties at My Sci Investigation Station:
My role as a substitute teacher was to fill in as instructor for lessons in geology, biology, and/or physical science. Participated in two week training program under guidence of Master's level instructor. I prepared lesson plans for the day's schedule and executed the daily plan. In addition, I helped the set up and break down of the Investigation Station vehicle. Basicially in this role I needed to be energetic, detail-oriented and attentive to the student's needs as the teacher to student ratio was often 1 to 6. Also participated in professional development programs for science teachers.
