Daily Duties at Paramount Pictures:

publishing directly reporting to the SVP of Games for Paramount Pictures Corporation. • Budgeting and milestone schedule construction for all global entities contributing to the overall finished product within the Paramount distribution network consisting of talent, marketing, digital experience and IP longevity. • Draft and forecast P&L for upcoming projects for SVP of Games. • Managing all outside vendor /publisher material content (V.O, Music, Theatrical content) making sure all expectations and liable obligations were met with paramount Legal. • Coordinating with developer on milestones and project process expectations, ensuring a first pass milestone judgment throughout all departments of Paramount Pictures and First party milestone acceptance procedures. • Managed all QA cost negotiation, database management, and localization costs associated with the production budget and time constraints within the overall IP budget and internal projections. • Liaison between Internal studio relations (Home entertainment, Theatrical marketing and Paramount Music) making sure the integrity of all departments were represented in the best interest of the game, artist and parent company. • Primary representative to all media and PR support pertaining to current project • Primary liaison with filmmakers and celebrity talent to secure approvals and integrate creative feedback. • First point of contact for all First party publishers, (Sony, MS and Nintendo) to ensure their objectives were met and our mutual gains were executed in a co-partnership. • Handled all submissions to First party via (GDNP-MS, E-Sub-Sony and Lotcheck-Nintendo) with a personal attention to the long lasting and mutually beneficial eye to our ongoing professional relationship. • Initiated additional revenue streams by identifying and executing porting of past titles across established and emerging platforms. Negotiated deals, managed costs, oversaw production and brought past IP to life in new digital platforms.
