Daily Duties at Curtiss Wright Controls:
Spearheaded leadership responsibilities for single board computer development projects. Handled complete project life cycle, including contractor coordination, component lead time, procurement, prototyping and delivery to customers. Managed $4.5M engineering budget, ensuring all finances were accurately forecast and maintained. Reported on progress for quarterly business assessments. Managed and coached diverse team of up to 22 professional employees using a Scrum methodology , including hardware engineers, test group, software engineers and managers of departments. Networked with executive management on overarching strategies and project schedules. Interfaced directly with approximately 80 defense solutions engineers globaly.
