Daily Duties at Air France:

•Developed and managed company-wide internship program. Identified and established relationships with participating universities and represented the company at university work fairs. Conducted individual interviews and carried out placement tests with participants. Coordinated internship assignments, oversaw the logistical side, monitored individual progress and prepared program evaluation reports for the senior management. The program resulted in a wider use of interns by the company and received positive feedback from the students and university staff.
