The Bureau responds to the demand from developing countries through global advocacy, alliance building and policy advice to support national capacity building and sharing of best practices. • Managed global projects (average project size $1million). Researched and developed country-specific methodologies. Identified, recruited and managed teams of international consultants. Successfully worked at developing relationships with each country’s representatives. Carried out field visits and conducted interviews with high-ranking government officials and representatives of other international and non-for-profit organizations. • Delivered presentations on projects for UNDP internal and external audiences, including at international conferences. All projects were managed on time, within budget and submitted to senior management for review and subsequent approval.
