Daily Duties at Intel Corporation:
Coordinated exempt (technical/engineer) and non-exempt (administrative/clerical) staffing requests; including reviewing resumes, interviewing and processing paperwork. Created process to track candidates through the interviewing and hiring process. Provided coaching to managers on HR processes and guidelines. Acted as liaison between staffing department, managers and candidates. Coordinated Summer Intern and Recent College Graduate Program. Trained employees on software (i.e. Outlook and Web Timecards) and HR policies.
