Daily Duties at Consulate Health Care:

oversee a unit of 50 patients, LPNs and CNAs .Responsible for the overall health and well being of these patients.Work with a multidiscilpinary team to monitor changes and adderss them with the patient ,Physican and the patients family .Maintain infection control ,adderss any changes in weight ,monitor wounds for healing ,work with physicans,dietican ,facility staff andpatients famalies to implement changes and have pts seen by appropriate specialists when necessary.Monitor and track labs.Call physicans ,write orders ,assess patients and educate, patients and famalies as needed .Prepare weekly reports for infection control,weight and wound meeting and track and work on decreasing antipsychotic and anxiolytic medications.Supervise building at times.Work closely with Assistant Director of Clinical Services ,DCS and administration
