Daily Duties at Union Bank:
Supervised and trained a staff of 7 employees. had the responsibility for all operations related items in the branch including compliance and have the branch prepared for a quarterly audit.Additional time was spent assisting the employees in achieving their sales goals along with meeting my individual sales goals. Time was also spent making outside business development calls and attending as many community activities as possible to get the word out about the branch.
