Daily Duties at Alldata:

Strategic planning to exceed company targets and adjust to changing market conditions. Develop and manage the annual sales plan and budget. Implement sales process for regional managers. Recruit and hire sales management. Continue development of hiring process. Produce customer facing and company Webinars. Interact with Marketing to ensure proper development company collateral to meet changing market conditions. Responsible for strengthening and developing relationships with full understanding, implementation, dissemination of marketing campaigns to sales teams in order to drive results. Organization and Participation of Industry Trade Shows and Events. Admin for our SFA program - Microsoft Dynamics.
