Daily Duties at One South:

• Oversee and ensure customer satisfaction and entertainment value for over 500 patrons per night in an upscale and high volume nightclub in downtown Orlando. • Energetically promote the location to potential customers in order to increase customer base and company profits. • Utilize leadership skills to train, motivate, and develop staff of 10-15 to become familiar with company policies, procedures, and overall processes of the job itself. • Perform bartending duties when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize profit.
