•Partner with agency owners to help increase their Financial Service line of business •Prospect and generate leads to recruit quailed candidates for financial service products •Lead presenter/ Teacher to small and larges on benefits planning •Conduct informational seminars and investment strategies on behalf of agency owners •Conduct personal teaching ,financial planning sessions with quailed, interested investors •Present various insurance products to quailed candidates that have expressed an interest •Met company assigned for goal for three local Allstate offices
