Daily Duties at Passport Health:
• Travelled nationally to consult with and train hospital and physician staff on Passport Onesource and Passport integrated solutions. • Reviewed training requests, researched client profiles, compiled appropriate materials for training. • Made all travel arrangements including air, hotel and car. • Conducted onsite trainings in classroom and in one on one platforms for new and existing clients as well as “train the trainer” trainings when requested. • When not travelling, conducted Webex trainings. • Trained new Passport training staff on all aspects of position. • Supported users during user acceptance testing and go live scenarios. • Documented details of training sessions in Goldmine and Salesforce.
