Played an integral role in the continuing development of sell-side commission management software which has become the number one commission management allocation product used by the sell-side to manage CSA, CCA and soft dollar accounts. Provided first, second and third level support to over 4500 sell-side broker contacts and 75 buy side firms across 10 commission management and research valuation applications including supporting the entire sell-side commission management product client base.
