Managed and delegated the daily activities and assignments of 27 employees. Coordinated work flow and assigned daily inspections of tactical wheeled and tracked vehicles according to training missions. Verified and confirmed that all equipment inspections were compliant with National Training Centers Checklists for fully mission capable (FMC) standards as well as applicable training manuals and Army vehicle publications.
