Provided technical field support to Installation, Repair, and Premise Technicians who install telecom related services. Provided guidance to technicians who diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install complex DSL circuits. Provided support to users, where the product was highly technical or sophisticated in nature. Resolved complex problems, where analysis of situations or data required an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Exercised judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results. Lead by assigning work and resolving problems. Recognized as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specified telecom technology.
