Daily Duties at St. Vincent Health:

Coordinated the implementation of St. Vincent Health policies and procedures at newly acquired hospital, in direct collaboration with Revenue Cycle Operations Managers Provided patients payment option information and analyzed patient’s financial status and to determine charity assistance Documented and trained project managers, customer service representatives and self pay department on the MS400 patient accounting system to develop and enhance quality customer relations Facilitated account allocation with Primary Care Clinic, collection agencies and eligibility vendors Built and managed successful client relationships with eScan Data Systems, and Primary Care Clinic ensuring all business and patient needs were met
