• Designed tooling and fixturing to improve the throughput of hydraulic and mechanical forge presses being aware of requirements for the machining of the finished forging. • Supported facilities in PA, SC, and CA on-site, leading and developing new products, troubleshooting existing products, and improving processes and efficiencies to increase profitability.
