 Created and administered budgets of more than $4M.  Directed providers for building operations, maintenance and janitorial services at sites covering 2M square feet.  Oversaw landscape and asphalt maintenance service providers at the Loveland campus consisting of 345 acres.  Negotiated service agreements and significantly reduced building operating expenses.  Championed the company’s participation in an energy savings initiative sponsored by the regional power supplier and decreased costs.  Managed company technicians and purchased needed equipment.  Communicated effectively with managers regarding planned shutdowns and employee efficiency issues.  Improved quality, cost, and responsiveness through annual TQRDCBE reviews with large account service suppliers.  Enhanced building systems reliability by developing SOPs and implement predictive and preventative maintenance processes
