Daily Duties at Delphi Medical Systems:

 Led all internal customer product line functions including all customer communications, inventory, production, engineering, quality and product pricing generating $13M in annual sales.  Managed an array of products including a home hemodialysis machine, high volume robotic syringe dispenser (IntelliFill I.V.) and a blood separator.  Administered procurement per JIT requirements, component change control (ECOs) and supplier quality.  Oversaw programs from New Product Introduction through Long Term Production on a medical device including the initial set up of BOM and establishing all material costs for MRP rollup.  Quoted new projects, sold excess inventory and controlled program costs created by ECOs and NREs due to customer design/manufacturing changes.  Spearheaded refurbishment programs with gross income exceeding $1M.  Handled the part return process to supplier and ensured all original component specification were met.  Managed all customer returned product (RMAs) and processes.  Significantly reduced PPV by utilizing complete supply base and moving material to appropriate suppliers.  Renegotiated and maintained supplier relationships as Delphi went into bankruptcy in 2005.  Modified POs per SarBanes Oxley requirements.
