Daily Duties at Johnson Controls:
Managed multiple Northern Colorado regional site projects simultaneously ranging from $5K to $500K in cost. Devised scope for projects, addressed business requirements, determined performance specifications, planning, cost, procurement strategies and contractual obligations. Sourced and approved subcontractors and supplies. Spearheaded project execution teams including design professionals, subcontractors and suppliers. Controlled and administered timely customer billings and collections and created all subcontractor PO’s. Assessed and managed risks and unforeseen circumstances; developed and implemented recovery plans as needed. Led weekly project meetings with customers and personnel and initiated corrective action plans to ensure projects were delivered on time and implement changes at the client’s request. Drove profits and met established company targets.
