Assisted in locating access to appropriate services for members. Developed and maintained relationships with area providers and agencies. Analyzed identified children and adults in need of individual behavioral heath care and facilitated connections to appropriate treatment. Conducted authorizations for pre-certification, concurrent review, and discharges with providers. Reviewed the clinical status, and utilized medical necessity criteria and policy in order to determine appropriate levels of care for members.
