Provided technical support/training for industry-specific websites to a number of automotive dealerships including, but not limited to: specification process for future software applications, application enhancements, web designs and help desk support. I managed a helpdesk support team responsible for providing exclusive and dedicated support to a high profile collection of customer accounts.
