• Oversee business accounting, retail, operational and development functions for entire company. • Maintained all accounting activities and budgeting procedures. • Supervised and trained four fulltime and 2 part time staff to provided support to large and small customer sources as well as performing regular duties. • Created all marketing, advertising and presentation materials. • Managed and developed sales campaigns for marketers and direct to consumers. • Handled all personnel and human resource procedures to include interviewing, hiring and firing. • Developed standard operating procedure manuals and procedure guidelines. • Created systems to improve product deliveries, inventory control, account receivables, training and overall logistics.
