As a wholesale account executive, I qualified new accounts expanding the footprint of the company while maintaining status of existing account eligibility. I would advise on pricing matters on individual loans as well as bulk loan sales and their commensurate pricing. I would also answer specific underwriting guideline questions and coordinate receipt of loans/bulks as well as delivery of broker earnings checks.
