Daily Duties at Restorative Care Of America, Inc.:
1. Manage the productivity of 10 to 13 Sales Representatives covering a 19 state region spanning from TN to CA ... Brownsville to Canada. 2. Recruit, interview, and hire sales force personnel for the entire Midwestern region; provide training in fitting and applying orthotics to hospitals, durable medical equipment companies, orthotic / prosthetic suppliers, and nursing homes. 3. Create annual sales projections and budgets for the sales team. Negotiate contacts with major group purchasing organizations, integrated delivery networks (IDNs) and HMOs. 4. Provide consultation to senior management regarding new product and corporate acquisitions. 5. Attend major trade shows; acquire networking contacts and market company products.
