Daily Duties at Capitol Higher Institute Of Health Sciences (Shibs), Cameroon:

Lecturer: Taught essential clinical laboratory techniques to students in the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Registered Nurse (RN) programs for 3 hours per week, 4 months per year. Dean of Studies: Formulated the teaching schedule and timetable for lecturers in the LPN and RN programs. Invigilated local and State Certification examinations. Kept and secured academic and evaluation records of all students in the Institution. Prepared academic transcripts of students. Deputy National Coordinator: Organized field studies, internships and placements for Community Nurse students. Supervised students during internships in rural clinics in the Northwest, West, and Southwest Regions of Cameroon. Established a good working collaboration with the State Nurse School and Government clinics. Facilitated job placements for students upon graduation.
