Train and monitor office staff daily work assignments and progress on each task.Implement a hiring, training, and testing program for drivers, ensuring clients were safe while meeting their needs. Design and constantly upgraded the company reservation system which interfaced with the clients, dispatched daily trips, and closely managed alterations in transport schedule(s) in real time. Create a marketing program to continuously interface with our existing clients and institute a constant growth program. Implement general vehicle repairs and long term maintenance procedure. Create vehicle refresh program to keep fleet growing and functional.
