Moved through multiple, rapid promotions to provide hands-on leadership and develop the strategy to ensure successful 365 day/year delivery, covering 25,000 miles, to approximately 300,000 households and over 2,000 retail outlets within 3.5 hours. Direct the activities of multi-department teams, including eight direct reports, 40 indirect reports and 1,200 contractors across 13 distribution centers and 34 counties to drive an unprecedented $1 million in annual revenues. Hold P&L accountability and develop and administer a multimillion-dollar budget. Spearhead process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean methodology principles to accommodate an evolving market, changing business needs and a severely down economic climate.
