Met the deadline of submitting quarterly personnel activity reports with 100% accuracy to Sponsor Project Management saving penalty cost. Saved departmental money by using lower rate hotels than corporate rate providers. Expedited major contract- projects by taking in charge of them; purchasing supplies and equipment, tracking payment to vendors, and reconciling budgets. Accurately processed and tracked about 60 internal and 70 external purchasing orders each month, and managed departmental cost center. Resolved payment disputes, provided administrative support to the staff, and estimated cost-breakdown of budgets. Corrected and processed expense reports, payment vouchers, and subcontracts corresponding with the guidelines. Designed flowchart manuals and templates for training purposes. Researched companies including 10-K and 4-Q reports for the analysts meetings with the company’s executives. Developed a travel expense tracking system for intricate details of busy, traveling manager, capturing information accurately and reducing errors by 98%. Researched statistical information and plugged it into company models, facilitating comparisons between various companies.

You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary. You thrive on change, uncertainty and the upside of potential business risks, especially those associated with innovation.
