Daily Duties at Seven Eleven:
Responsible for the implementation of corporate strategies, operating income, logistics and sales training for up to (18) 7-11 independent Franchisee retail locations totaling over $60M annually. Served as the main point of communication between the Franchisee and Corporate for all Financial, Human Resource and Negotiations involving new Contractual issues. Ensured key processes are in place through store visits, store and staff evaluations and recommendations built from sales data analysis. Built individual District and subsequent Market Sales Plans in line with Corporate goals. Coordinated and ran Market and Regional Staff meetings using Market Sales Forecast tools and long term financial forecasting techniques.
