Aggressively recruited to revitalize sales in flagship store in NH. Responsible for the P&L, and Supply Chain Management for a $42M store. Responsible for the sales forecasting and logistical coordination required to maintain $8M in inventory. Led a sales force of 162 personnel and was responsible for their customer service training, professional development and complete Human Resource management.
