Daily Duties at Ets (Educational Testing Service:
The Measures of Effective Teaching (MET) project is sponsored by the Bill & Melinda Gates foundation. Its goal is to improve the quality of information about teaching effectiveness (www.metproject.org). The Scoring Program being conducted by ETS consists of viewing and coding videos of classroom instruction using 5 evaluation instruments. Raters are required to complete online training and pass a certification test to evaluate videos of classroom instruction using predefined measurements.
