Daily Duties at Walmart Distribution Centers:
Led 3 different teams of 40 associates in a 1.6 million square foot regional distribution center. Controlled, directed, and planned efforts of team members to insure tasks were accomplished. Established goals for individuals and assessed performance under working conditions. Provided feedback during execution of duties to determine if tasks were understood and properly performed. Assessed team members' competency, motivation, and commitment to perform satisfactorily. Responsible for Receiving, Reserve Stocking, Replenishing, and Orderfilling merchandise.
