Daily Duties at Office Max:
Managed 130 non-exempt and 8 exempt associates responsible for Replenishment, conveyable and non-conveyable Orderfilling as well as piece pick Orderfilling, Shipping, Maintenance and Inventory Control. Controlled, directed, and planned efforts of team members to insure work schedule was completed on time. Also responsible for the Manugistics Transportation Module (MTM) and on time delivery of product to the stores.
