Responsible for Procurement, Human Resource Management, IT, Benefits, Compliance, Policies and Procedure development and other areas. Develops and oversee the implementation of the strategic and tactical plans that meet the corporation’s objectives for profitability, cost control, service quality, regulatory compliance, employee development, and customer service. Pro-actively and reactively, develop and implement practical, timely, and effective business solutions. Provides operational direction and ensures that long-range plans, are effectively utilized, executed, and balanced against short-term tactical plans and execution.
