Daily Duties at Advance Auto Parts Distribution Center:
Managed 30-100 non-exempt associates and 2-5 exempt Team Managers in a 670,000 square foot building. Directed, Controlled, and planed efforts to insure tasks were accomplished safely, accurately, and on time. Established goals for individuals and assessed performance under working conditions to insure labor standards were correct through performance observations. Provided feedback during execution of duties to determine if taks were understood and performed correctly. Being the weekend shift Manager, I was responsible for all facets of the building, receiving, putaways, replenishment, picking, PDQ, shipping, and reclamation departments.
