Delivered web-based training curricula in a variety of business and academic topics for Plato Learning, contracted with the Navy College Learning Center at Guantanamo Bay. Oversaw daily operations and marketing activities to promote center offerings. Maintained constant contact with student population and off-site supervisor to coordinate classes and workshops and assess progress and individual/group learning needs. Provided detailed training on site navigation and program operations. • Successful track record of facilitating program objectives and progress for a large student population. • Briefed incoming Joint Task Force personnel, resulting in increased center participation and reputation.
